Doing my part ... The Big Draw

Has anyone heard about a program, started in Great Britian, called the "Big Draw?" It seeks to involve people, especially students in grade schools in art activities. I have been (lamely, admittedly) trying to get something similar going here. Anyway, it is a great concept, and would be great for the States, too.
