Does anyone know of similar "fantastic" boards like this one, about Italy or france?

When I visited Spain last year I found this board invaluable. I am going to the south of France, Avignon, Aix, Arles, St. Tropez, Cannes & Nice & into Italy; Genoa, Cinque Terre, Pisa & Rome in Sept. I am thinking of just turning the car south & finding Spain (Oh my...how did that happen?) because of the FOOD (I make Spanish Tortillas all the time now) & the great PEOPLE! I would do that if my flight home wasn't already booked out of some. I've searched for similar forums but haven't had any luck. I would appreciate pointers.

I sympathize with you, LindaB. I also travel as much as possible (and the pocketbook allows) and wish we had dedicated sites to other nations. For now it seams only Spain is so lucky. Thx again to MM for a well run site! A true online community…
