Cordoba Hotel - 02/04/08 10:58 AM

I just wondered if anyone might want to recommend a reasonably-priced hotel in Cordoba where my great-nephew and I might stay in mid-April. Thanks.

Well, have a look at Hoteles Maestre. They run a Hotel, a "Hostal" and some apartments. All them are located in the same street, in the old quarter but near to modern downtown. They are nice, convenient and reasonably priced. Despite being in the old quarter, they have parking facilities.
I am a local and I have heard positive comments about them.
Their website is:

In Google Maps:

In 2001, we stayed at Hotel Selu. It is very slightly into the Old Quarter. Excellent location...

The hotel is a three star, and can be found at www.hotelselu.com .

It now announces that they have free breakfast! That gets me every time...

Good luck !!

Arthurg,

I second soy_antonio's comments - i've stayed at Hoteles Maestre three or four times over the years and always been pleased -

Thank you all for your suggestions. I have followed the advice of both soy_antonio & puna by booking a room at Hotel Maestre.
