Madrid: Hostal Los Perales?

I am planning to stay in hostal LOS PERALES in madrid, because the prices and location are very attractive. However, I didn't find any review/comments on this hostal (not in travel guides, not on the internet...).
If you had any experience with this hostal, let me know!

Does Hostal Los Perales have a website? If so, please share it with us. Have you tried conducting a SEARCH of this forum category using keywords MADRID HOSTAL PERALES ? Not sure it's been reviewed before, however. I know I've heard of it.
