Granada: Hotel Zaguan del Darro - & any news yet on Hotel Vinnci Soho in Madrid?

Hey, does anyone know of Hotel Zaguán del Darro ? Is it nice and how is the location in Granada?

And, any news yet on the new property Vinnci Soho in Madrid - we are staying there March 7-9.

The location of Zaguán is first class - provided you want to move around by foot. It's in the valley
- between the Alhambra hill
- and the hill where of the old Arab barrio, Albaicin,
is located, straight on the shores of the river.

Not easy to find a parking space for the car nearby, but it sure is a very romantic location.
