Madrid apartments near Amor De Dios?

Hi! Can anyone tell me of an apartment (not hostel) close to the amor de dios flamenco school in madrid? I will be studying for a month and ideally would love to just walk across the street to my apartment.

Ideal situation:
a personal shower
washer/dryer
kitchen to cook in
quiet
Available for beginning of 2006 (Sometime bwn Jan and April)

The school is located just south of the Plaza Anton Martín (metro station of the same name). There is a female-only "residencia" very very near there. It's owned by Jesús Martín Peinado, the man who also owns/operates Hostal Martín and Hostal Cervelo on Calle de Atocha (not far from this residencia). I think he still owns it but he doesn't have a website for it yet. You can contact him through one of his two hostel websites to ask more questions. Good luck!

We lived in an apartment nearby, though not across the street, at the intesection of Huertas and Jesus. It is just a few blocks....
