SEVILLA HELP!!! Melia Colon o Melia Sevilla

I think I've narrowed my search down thanks to the many emails I've received about hotels in Sevilla. I'm hoping that someone knows something or perhaps anything about these 2 hotels. I'm especially interested in knowing about their locations compared to the La Giralda. I don't want to be more than a 15 minute walk away MAX due to pregnancy.

• Hotel Meliá Colón at Canalejas, 1(Teléfono: 954 50 55 99 Fax: 954 22 09 38,) is very well located in Sevilla old city center. Just a few metres fron shops and El Corte Inglés and 5 -10 minutes on foot from La Giralda and Catedral.
• Hotel Meliá Sevilla - Doctor Pedro de Castro, 1 (Teléfono: 95 442 26 11 Fax: 95 442 16 08) is in the new center of Sevilla, just in the heart of new modern buildings and heavy traffic. It’s 30-40 minutes on foot from la Catedral and Giralda.

Hotel Colón is, sin lugar a dudas, the best choice. Enjoy in Sevilla.
