Hostal in Toledo?

We are visiting Toledo from 13 -17 January 2005. We tried to book a room at Hostal Descalzos but their email has not been functioning, and all our requests have bounced back. We are travelling from Australia, and unfortunately cannot speak Spanish. We wish to stay at a really authentic family run hostal/hotel, and our minimum requirements are an en-suite double room with comfortable beds. Cleanliness is also a factor, and warmth as well given that it will be very cold for us ( please take into account that we have no experience of temperatures below 5 degrees C.The absolute maximum price we can spend is 60 Euros, and believe that we may find a treasure with your experience. We have found via the internet some gems of places throughout Spain on your recommendations in other cities in the range of 40 - 55 Euros. We are leaving Australia on 26th December. Can anyone help? and can you reply ASAP. This is our first notice, but we have enjoyed reading this site all year.
