We arrived in Lugo at night during a huge downpour. The old part of Lugo has an underground parking garage so we parked the car and began checking for a room. The first couple places were full and suggested this hotel. It had clean, large rooms. There was some construction going on but it did not bother us in any way. There is an elevator and it is a typical modern hotel and is reasonably priced. They recommended that we eat at the A Nosa Terra on Rua Nova and we had a very good meal. I really liked Lugo and wished we had had a free day to just relax and explore for a full day. It was a very comfortable old city which sadly, appears to be on the decline.
