Hello!
I'm moving to Madrid in a little over a month to teach English... most likely illegally. I'm looking for a sublet or apartment.
My question is... will I have problems or need to sign a lease or contract? Will the landlord check for a visa? Also, how much, on average, should this cost and where is the best place to search for housing?!
