Madrid: Apartohotel rosales - Any info?

We're planning at trip to Madrid in March and actually have reservations at http://www.apartohotel-rosales.com/ We contacted the property directly to get more info about the aparments, but their answers have been pretty short and they seemed annoyed that they needed to give any more information about the apartments. When I asked what if the kitchens came with coffee makers, they seemed annoyed and reiterated that the kitchens only come with X, Y and Z items and nothing else! This went on until I stopped trying to find out more about the apartment. So needless to say, our first experience with this property wasn't very positive, but we're willing to overlook this incident if the apartments are in fact in a good location, spacious, etc. Any thoughts?
