Madrid: Hotel Ateneo?

I will be going to Madrid in March. I was wondering if anyone has any info on Hotel Ateneo . It looks very nice, and seems to offer a little bit more than other hotels in this price range. I can't decide between Hotel Plaza Mayor and Hotel Ateneo . Help! Anyone have any info?

Have you tried a search yet of this forum using keywords MADRID HOTEL ATENEO? Might yield something but I doubt it. I don't think it's been reviewed yet. If you stay here would you please return to this/your thread and supply us with that? Thanks.

It's location isn't bad. It's right on the corner of Gran Vía on Calle Montera. Hmmm... I couldn't get the HotelSearch booking engine to work on that hotel's site so I don't know the prices. But you might consider again the Hotel Plaza Mayor as it's been well reviewed here - with positive reviews.

Anyone else? Maybe someone happened to walk by and notice Hotel Ateneo and have some feedback?
