Madrid: Hotel Tryp Rex?

Does anyone know anything about the Hotel Tryp Rex , Gran Vía, 43? Prices seem reasonable. I'm thinking about staying there in Nov.

Tryp's a respected hotel group. Gran Via 43 is a decent location; central. I stayed at Hotel Tryp Fenix a few years back and was quite pleased. Rex ought to be similar.
