Madrid:Hostal Lopez and San Isidro

Both these hostals ( López & San Isidro ) have availability the end of May while many did not. Location of either is fine but wondering if anyone could compare. I already read different reviews and San Isidro sounds dubious.

San Isidro is a pretty decent hostal for the money, but it is smack dab in the middle of "la marcha" and can be quite noisy on weekend nights.
