Madrid: ApartaSol apartments?

I just looked at a webpage for apartments in Madrid www.apartasol.com And I can get an apartment for 4 people for 20 euros a person a night? What is the catch?? Thats cheaper than a hostal? Anybody dont this before?

They seem to be cheaper than most other apartments in Madrid, that's for sure. If you at the ApartaSol apartments will you give us your own review? Thanks!
