You can see on the QDQ.com site HERE a photo of the address and a map of its location.
It's not a bad area, I wouldn't say. Lots of foot traffic as well as the automobile kind too. Not far from the train station either.
Also, I just did a SEARCH for you using the handy SEARCH link above/right, typed BARRERA as my keyword, and found a few threads with reviews:
