Hotel Rural Cortijo La Alberca is located in the hills at the edge of the town of Nijar. The surrounding scenery is impressive here. This place is a quiet retreat where you'll find all sorts of details that make it unique and comfortable. Rooms are arranged in several buildings around a swimming pool and various patios.
Our room was appointed with interesting touches like wrought iron lamps, in-floor heating, and a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower and a handmade ceramic sink.
Due to the volcano in Iceland, we were the only persons staying that night. Our host made us a great breakfast the next morning and we were on our way, well rested and fed.
