URGENT!:BCN, Tossa de Mar, Tarragona, Girona lodging?

I'm going to Barcelona in 12 hours! I'll be there for 5 days, after that I want to go to Tossa de Mar, Tarragona (sp?)and perhaps Girona. I'll need CHEAP accommodation - my budget is VERY LOW. Can anyone recommend anything? Please (if possible), email me on theatremadtoni@yahoo.co.uk
