hotels/ hostels in Seville

Ive read some reviews on some hotels in Seville and they are very helpful, thank you. Ive also heard of 2 other hotels/ hostels in Seville and was wondering if anyone has heard of or stayed at either of these places- Pension Vergara and Hotel Lis II (I think that is how you spell them). My boyfriend and I will be in Seville next month but only have limited time there so we would ideally like somewhere not to expensive and centrally located. Thanks in advance

I stayed at Hostal Arias last October. It's nice & clean, pretty inexpensive, and in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, just a 2 minute walk from the Alcazar and Catedral. They also have 24-hour access so late nights aren't a problem...
