I have stayed at TIJCAL on a couple of occasions, and have had recommended the place to friends as well. I donīt know Cervelo.
The staff at TIJCAL is very friendly and multilingual. The rooms are nice, modest and clean. Private phones and TVs in each room and many with private baths. Good deal for the price!

Oh wonderful! I just booked TIJCAL..
