Hotel Madrid (Best Western)

I checked into this hotel today and am very happy so far with things. I've checked threads and this doesn't have it's own topic. I already know the reason that I would stay here again: The personnel is WONDERFUL. They have been very accomodating from the shuttle bus driver to the concierge. Remember that I have a bicycle with me...they carried it up graciously. Also, since pilgrim friend number 2 is coming tomorrow, they told me that they would go ahead and give me the double room for the single rate for tonight, saving me the hassle of checking out and then into the other room.

Hotel Madrid is three stars on the rate scale, but the staff gets five!!!
