Madrid: possible get together?

Just wondering if we can plan another get together while I am in Madrid this month visiting my daughter? MadridMan, if you think it can work out, I am available Tuesday, March 17 (St. Patrick's day?) or Wed. March 18th evenings OR for lunch either of those days. I know this is short notice, but just in case...it would be fun!

We could try an evening get together but we shouldn't expect too many people on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening - and probably fewer for a lunchtime gathering.

I hope to be traveling for part of this month so I can't guarantee I'll be able to attend - but will try!!

As Sparkalina said, thanks to MM and Steve for the update! It sounds like a lovely time. I've never had (at least to my knowledge) calamares a la romana so I may have to try that the next time I'm in Spain.

I have very fond memories of last summer's outing at Plaza de San Andres; in fact, yesterday I was cleaning and I found the cork from one of the many bottles of Rueda we drank there!

It was a fun Saturday evening! I am so glad to have found Cardamomo. What a great place. The guys at the door were annoying, but the flamenco was great.

I am back in NY with lots of great memories of the 9 days in Spain. Although it was short, it was intense. I am glad to have discovered a few new places and to have returned to some of my favorite spots too.

Thanks for meeting me for lunch, and for a great night on Saturday. You guys are the best!
