I am posting this for a friend of mine who has 2 rooms free in her flat. She is Spanish, speaks English perfectly from living in England.

Two rooms available for rent to girls in a shared flat with another girl (28 year old IT
professional) in Arguelles close to the metro and Príncipe Pío cercanías station. I´m looking for
two
non-smoking professional girls or postgrad students to share with from July 1st onwards and for a
minimum of 3 months.
One of the room has a balcony and the other one has a patio window. Both have a wardrobe, a bed
and a table. The flat is fully furnished and has separate bathroom and toilet. Telephone and
wireless ADSL. All expenses are to be shared and are not included in the 400Euros.
