Language exchange group in Madrid

I am making a language exchange (english-spanish) group (there are already 3 people interested, 2 spanish and one from Scotland). If you are 20-40, and enjoy practising a second language with nice people write to me at:

I did an exhange group with Andres a couple of months ago and it was a lot of fun. The more people the merrier. It fell apart cos some people moved away. I encourage anyone interested to get involved. Great way to meet people

I'm interested in the language group. I will be in Madrid in mid Oct, to be an au pair. I would love to meet others living there.

Don´t know if I´ll be able to make Sunday nights very often. I have a good friend here in Madrid who was my intercambio when I lived in New York and I usually go to the movies with him and his friends that night. I´ll try to come once a month, though.

who said anything about meeting on Sunday nights¿?

We are meeting on Sundays about 2.00 pm and hang out till 7 or 8 pm. Of course, every one is free to leave at any time.

Is this group going to use a 'method' or is it to be informal conversation?

We follow the -one bar everybody speaks in Spanish next one in English- method.

I can probably come for 2 hours but I have plans for later in the afternoon so I gotta head off around 4. I´ll check the board tomorrow night to see if it´s on or not.

Sorry! My phone went wonky for a day. I will definately save next Sunday as the day. My phone is now working again, or I check my email daily.

I went to La Latina today....amazing!!
Sunlight everywhere but it was not hot. Bursting bars as expected, and great atmosphere, I can´t wait till next sunday!!!
