Room is small, but has a private half bath, a double bed, and good privacy. 85 sq m. apartment has gorgeous features and detailing (stained glass, molding, crystal-inlaid doors, etc.) Apartment is shared with two cats, a techno DJ and a multimedia designer. 3rd bedroom will be used as a DJ studio and guest room with turntables, so hopefully you don't mind house and techno music (played only during reasonable hours).
