Hi everyone,
A friend of mine just arrived to Madrid, She is german (28 years old), but her mother is spanish!, so she speaks español perfectly, and she doesn't smoke. Starting her new job tomorrow in Madrid. She is looking for a room to rent with 1 or 2 girls,furnished, luminous and peaceful , favourite areas are (close to metro stations): Gregorio Marañon, Colombia, Cuatro Caminos, Nuevos Ministerios, Alonso Martinez, Avda. de América. Will pay 300 € maximum, bills included.
