You've got to put the word out like "HEY!!! I'M IN THE CHATROOM!!! LET'S TALK BECAUSE I DON'T FEEL LIKE WORKING RIGHT NOW!!!!" or something like this. And then, just watch how everyone comes running. I'm serious!
OR, to get MORE people, write something like, "I am within room of chat. PRESS BOTTOM to enter."
