Madrid: football competition trip

we are a group of men from england who will be travelling to madrid in june 2003. we want to play a friendly game of football against a local team if possible....can anyone help?

How do you think you would do against Real Madrid? hehehe... Maybe I can arrange that. (just kidding)

Anyone know of local organized teams in/around Madrid who are up for a scrimmage?

hirsty_uk, is your team organized and amateur or just a bunch of guys looking to have fun? Just curious. You might be able to get enough people just from this board to get together for a "throw-together" match but it might not be any fun if your team is semi-pro.

there is 18 of us altogether and the majority do play football regularly on a saturday. it is only local football we play though, nothin semi-pro or anything, just want a game and a few beers after really.
