Share a kitchen, beautiful living room, and bathroom with one Spanish girl who does speak some English. Only 270€ a month plus utilities (I've never paid more than 290€ in any given month). 200€ deposit required.

Hi jetaway! Please tell us WHERE in Spain this room is available so those visiting MadridMan's ALL SPAIN Message Board can decide whether or not to contact you. Also, once you tell us the city name, could you also tell us more specifically where it's located, like near what intersection? And is smoking allowed? Cash payment only? Ground floor or upper floor? Elevator available? All bedroom furniture already provided? Might make a difference in the number of calls/emails you get. Thanks! And good luck!
