I am looking for a room in an apartment, somewhere centrally located... I am a clean person and very easygoing... any help would be greatly apprecaited.
By the same token, if anyone knows anyone who needs a web guy, that would be great, too.

Hi Bill! I see you are IN Madrid now so we should probably assume you're looking for this room in Madrid as well, correct? I didn't see the location specified in your subject line or the body of your posting.
Have you done a search here in this forum? So you hoping to share an apartment with others, yes? What do you expect/want to pay per month?

I am indeed looking in Madrid, and would like to spend less than 400€, if possible per month.
