Madrid: El Mundo English Supplement?

I weading In Madrid this week and they mentioned thta the El Mundo is offering an Egnlish supplement called the English Magazine. Any idea where you can pick it up. Problem is I bought a copy of the Sunday paper thinking it was included but it wasn't and I haven't seen it around.
