Yes, the ads from the national tourist office are quite attractive. Unfortunately Madrid has placed some ads in the UK press which are distinctly unimpressive. They are of street monuments in Madrid (eg Plaza de Cibeles) that are cut up (almost like a jigsaw). As a regular visitor to Madrid they don't appeal at all. I can't see what someone who has not yet been to Madrid will make of these...
