If any of you know of a website or if you know the steps and could tell me.. then great! Thanks in advance for your help!AKreszensL80@yahoo.com

I'm afraid there is no such dance as "the Flamenco" for you to learn! Flamenco is a dance+music style, comprised of a number of basic forms (called "palos"), and involving a lot of improvisation in the solo dancing.

One of the most popular simpler (!) forms (danced in couples) is the Sevillana, which consists of 4 parts, each part divided into 3 "coplas". This site shows the structure including the names of the many steps in Spanish.
