Great and informative article, mclarke! Thanks for sharing. I'd LOVE to do a Jámon/Ham AND Vino/Wine tour of Spain someday. Mmmmm... MAN O MAN O MAN!!! But alas, I guess that will have to wait until I actually LIVE IN SPAIN (if that day ever comes, that is).
