Has anyone found a local magazine about Andalucia... I'm looking for something that is regional and will help familiarize me with the region... I can read spanish at a cursory level but would actually like an english magazine if possible.. I want to learn about small towns, wine growing, events, homes, farms social events...

The Malaga daily El Sur has an online English version. It covers Andalucia, but not in the detail the Spanish version does.

You should listen to Canal Sur Radio, see Madridman's page, mentioned above. Nothing brings me closer to Andalucia than hearing "Andalucia, cuatro de la madrugada etc." every hour before the news comes on.
