Does Anyone know about daily usage of Health clubs for weight training and exercise in Madrid and different areas of spain?
We will be in Spain for 5 weeks

In Salamanca there are several gyms. My friend belonged to Gimnasio Espaņa, near the Plaza de Espaņa. She had a one or 2 month membership. There are probably similar places in other areas.

Trust me if you are used to working out, traveling can be very stressfull nothing better then a good sweat and then back to sightseeing partying etc. I worked out at the HOLIDAY Gym at Ortega Y Gasset. Just faboulus the set up and the instructor.
