working out in Spain

Dear all,
I am very excited that in nine days I will be departing for Spain. I have a question about working out, are gyms quite common in Spain?
I love to go to the gym, and want to stay in shape while abroad. Does anyone have any recomendations for a good gym in Tarragona, particularly near Poblet?
