Sure! But you'll have to file all the papers and this will certainly take 5-10 months and you'll still have to go home to the USA, get your birth certificate notarized, then translated and notarized again, then filed and then you wait for like 3-5 months before they get around to looking at it. If approved, then you can get married. I don't think this is a viable option for you or anyone in your situation.

I did everything to get married from getting engaged to tying the knot in 13 weeks, including planning a wedding.
