Ready meals in Spain... - 01/07/11 05:16 PM

Hi folks...

In the UK all supermarkets like Sainsbury's, Waitrose, and especially M&S do ranges of 'Healthy option' ready meals all around 300-400 cvalories, and low in fats, salt, carbs etc...

I know it's an expensive, and maybe even a lazy way to eat, but do the big chains like 'El Corte Ingles', or Pryca or Carrefour sell this kind of thing? Any recommendations?

And if anyone doesn't know what I'm on about, it's time you took a trip to the UK smile

thanks for your patience and assistance

El Corte Inglés definitely sells ready made meals . I don´t buy them so I couldn´t say whether they are "healthy option" meals . My former room mate ( Spanish ) used to buy them all the time . Carrefour almost certainly would sell the as would a well known chain called Simply City .
