Major gloating here! I just got back from Spain with 2 wheels of Manchego and 6 bottles of rioja and tinto. Yesterday we were nibbling on olivas, pan, manchego, pisto manchego (I like to cook) and tinto de verano. Only thing I need now is the Caseras.

lealabecki, it's breakfast time here and my mouth is watering for all the fabulous Spanish treats you're describing (well, except for the olives, right MM?). YUM!!!!!
