Madrid Mobile Phone Rental ?

Can anyone tell me if its possible to rent mobile phone at the Madrid Airport or in town ? I am travelling to Madrid and then driving to Seville, Granda and Valencia.

Also, any other driving, travel tips will be appreciated.
