Hello,

I'm going to Barcelona for 6 weeks this summer and looking to reinvigorate my Spanish with a great language school. I'm a 23 year old college grad from the US, and I hope to use Spanish in the future as a physician (although I'm looking forward to a fun time this summer in a great city).

So far, I am considering don Quijote and Solbarcelona but am open to other programs. I'd like to take language classes for all 6 weeks - would one of these schools probably be best, or do university classes (like Universitat Barcelona or UAB) offer a much better education? Is don Quijote reputable and a good experience?

Also, I'd love to live with some native speakers of Spanish, but fear a host family may prove awkward and confining. Is it hard to find a flat with Spaniards or should I just get a flat with other foreign students or host family through the language program?

Any input is really appreciated - thanks so much!
