Not sure if the right post area but I have a friend moving to Madrid, with small child. the help from those living there is this

school is by plaza de liceo ,and they have small daughters 6yrs 8 yrs, so they are looking to rent apartment (piso) nearby; where are the best sources and prices in the area. Its the area a good area now.

I know I know, Madrid,but rather have suggestions from those living there now. I will ask my family too.
