Is this a card given to you when you check in at a Parador? Is there a way to get a registration card beforehand, that I can fill out and mail from home ahead of my arrival to Spain?

I would dearly love to register beforehand.
I'd gladly post my mailing address in Canada, if a Madridman poster can pick one up for me!
