Hostal Chinchon is a pleasant hostal on Jose Antonio, a very short distance from the plaza. Rooms are small, as are baths, but the proprietor is cheerful and there's a pool for cooling off. No breakfast. 45 Euros.

Carole, I really appreciate your review of Hostal Chinchon . They are one of the few hostels there with a website and your feedback is just what we needed. Not bad for a room with a pool near Madrid! Could be a decent getaway from "the city" for a weekend even though the rooms are small. Thanks again!
