Anyone know anything about the Hostal Residencia Mena in Nerja? (renovated 17th century building overlooking Mediterranean)

Looks incredible based on the www.guideofnerja.com photos - price is incredible (27.50 E/night for room w/ view of the sea) - location in Nerja looks incredible.

Any first-hand knowledge before I send them my credit card number to reserve a room for 4 nights in December? Should I fax or e-mail my credit card number? Any way to guard against abuse when I do this?
