The prices shown on their site dont correspond at all :
25 dollar for a single room is in reality 30 euro, without toilet, and with a shower that didnt work. No agreement anyhow to reduce the price.
30 dollar for a double room is in reality 36 euro.
They explained me that these were the old prices.
Maybe, but i don t think this is correct !

I can't check the website for Hostal Residencia Principado now because it doesn't seem to be working.

It's quite possible that they still show last year's prices and have since raised those prices. Thier website is hosted on a FREE web hosting website and these are typically not maintained by the owners as well or as often as those who own their own DOT COMs. And since we can't check their website we can't see if the prices listed there are shown for 2003 or not.
