Hello all.
I have just been asked by some friends to look for a flat on the Levante.
The budget is aproximatly 70000 euro down. I guess they could add a good local loan with that kind of start capital.
They need a piso with 2-3 bedrooms near some kind of beach, not totally overun by non Spanish tourists and within 3 hours travel from the airport in Alicante. I sugested that Alicante or Villajoyosa could be ok, but I have a lot of homework to do. Any sugestions?
