I am looking to buy a used motorcycle in Spain.

I will be in Europe for over 3 months and wanted travel via motorcycle. The catch is, that the EU has a law that does not allow foreigners to purchase used motorcycles unless they purchase it from a foreigner.
Does anyone know of a good place to look for foreigners selling motorcycles?
I arrive in Madrid 29th of June.
