It is about 2 minute walk from station Diego de Leon (line 4 and 6) and about 5 minute walk from station Nuñez de Balboa (line 5 and 9). The apartment consists of a large livingroom with a sofa that turns into a
bed (good if you want to have guests over), table, television, telephone and internet. 2 bedrooms with big beds, closets, and desks. Nice
kitchen with washing machine, microwave, etc. Very nice bathroom. Everything is NEW and in mint condition. The rent will be 480 for the room that is still free. It is a very nice apartment in a very nice area!!!
